By partnering with a hospital, we can directly impact patients' lives and address real healthcare needs at the source. This partnership allows us to leverage our resources to create a tangible and immediate effect on the community.
Shadui Town Health Center, China
Established in 1982, Shadui Town Health Center is a vital township health facility providing essential medical services to a population of 28,000 over 9 villages. Despite limited resources, the center is crucial in integrating clinical care, preventive health services, and village-level health management. We have decided to partner with them to help address their resource limitations and expand their ability to provide quality healthcare to the community. Your donations will directly contribute to this goal.
How are donations used?
We promise full transparency regarding your donations. The hospital plans to allocate its funding towards updating equipment and refurbishing its facilities to create a cleaner, more comfortable environment for patients. Currently, a lot of the exisitng installations are in need of repair and/or replacement. Funds, at the moment, will thus be used to purchase or replace essential items such as beds, chairs, doors, IV stands, and cupboards.
The current priority is to renew installation, but our ultimate goal is to allow the hospital to use donations for new medical devices. This however, will depend on the speed of development.
